• Order details, pickup details, loyalty wallet ID, and related business records.
• Device push notification tokens if you allow notifications.

How we use information

We use this information to process orders, show order history, manage loyalty rewards, send order status notifications, and help with support requests.

Payments

Card details are not stored by Lumière Café. Card payment details are handled only through approved payment provider components.

Sharing

We do not sell customer information. We may use service providers such as hosting, database, notification, wallet, and payment services only as needed to operate the app.

Account deletion

You can request account removal in the app. Business records such as order history and loyalty records may be retained where needed for cafe operations, accounting, fraud prevention, legal, or compliance reasons.
